Thanks for the document link.But as we stay in a rented house, would copy of the standard lease agreement signed by notary would suffice as address proof during admission process since our identity cards have other adress.

@Kanika, Its school specific but to be on safer side get it court registered and if you have MTNL phone that will help.(only notary lease deed is not accepted is not accepted adress proof)
