It will depend on vacancy and school policy .I will suggest you to ask from school regarding their admission policy. for example in DPS transfer is as tough as fresh admission in delhi /ncr.

Currently, I am staying in indirapuram, in future i have to shift in noida, in that case transfer to Cambridge Noida can be done easily?

Plz lemme know if there is any govt or common policy for refunds as I have deposited 50000 and now school is going to pay only 25000 so for me 25000 will go in vain if i change the school.
