@ Swati.... prepare your child about all colors, wild animals (especially Tiger, Lion, Hippopotomus etc), Shapes & make sure he knows the color of his/her dress. They'll be given a mushroom to color & teachers will ask vegetables & fruits tooo.... u'll be allowed to sit beside ur child. 

Be confident & make sure ur kid color the mushroom extremely well...... Rest ur destiny will decide ur fate.... :) All the best 

We had applied in Amity Vasundhara 6 but did not get success after 2nd interaction. We just got a call from Amity that if we would like being considered for Amity vasundhara sec 1.

Can someone please provide details/feedback on Amity vasundhara sec 1? Are academics, extra curricular activities, fees, transport facility are same as Sec 6?

We have DPSI interaction on 31st Oct. Is it worth to block a seat in Amity sec 1? What is their refund policy?

Amity sec6 is an older school while sec 1 is new establishment as my child was too selected for sec 1 so i did all the research, there 1st batch of 10th will come out next year, hence no proven track record, as per fee they are costly as compared to sec 6. there total admission fee is 80k while in sec 6 charge 62k. Refund policy- if you withdraw before jan 13 then 10k will be deducted but funds will be refunded within 1year time period, also they ask u to submit original birth certificate of ur child which will create a hurdle for you while ur interaction at DPSI as they'll ask you to show original certificates.

I have left my seat at Amity sec 1 & admitted my kid @DPSGV. Now its ur point & a tough decision to make. All the best :)

Mayank what Disha shared is right. In compared with Sec 6, it scores little. Haven't heard any specific feedback but if you do not get through DPSI then it should be worth considering.

@ Mayank nothing so special just 1 thing what pinched me was teachers & receptionist all were so arrogant ..... no one was ready to talk ...

I have also applied for Cambridge and ST Thomas and their results for interaction will come out next week. How are these options in comparison to Amity sec 1?

Both are established & older schools in comparison to Amity sec 1. secondly the fee charged is far less in comparison to Amity. Thirdly if you go ahead with Cambridge or St. Thomas ur fee will not be blocked for so long & you can easily make a decision to move to DPSI. 

I also recommend you to kindly visit Amity sec1 & make a wise decision after evaluating things urself. I know its a very difficult & tensed time period, but plz be relaxed while making any decision. 

I do have plans to visit Amity sec 1 tomorrow. After getting not selected at Amity sec 6 and Fr Agenl, our self confidence is bit shaken. :(

Hey Mayank, please dont loose hope..it happens..We all wish best for our child but cannot do anything regarding this admission process. At the end of the day a school is good, if it grooms your child well and your kid comes back happy at home. Dont worry about brand names. All the best.

Plz boost up ur confidence as these schools do not have any clarity in selection process. So dont feel low & hope for the best. In case you later wish to go for Amity sec 1 then u can apply there in Dec-jan as they'll again come up with admissions, also try Indirapuram Public school

Guys just received call from Amity Sect 1. They have released another list and my daughter got selected. I checked the online status and it also shows the selection. Last date of submitting the fees is 12th Oct and amount they are asking to deposit is Rs. 80000. I have already secured seat in DPSGV and I don't think I am going to change my mind. Any comments fellow group members

Can you please elovarate, why Cambridge Indirapuram is better than BB Brij Vihar.

My child is also selected in BB Brij Vihar and I am waiting for Cambrige Indiarapuram result.

Dileep Kumar, As as infrastructure/ teachers are concerned cambridge I is better. BalBharti BB has not kept the same  standard after the principal Mr Gupta retired 2-3  yrs ago.

U cannt compare both as one is convent and other is traditional school. But i think s per parents feedback they compare it with Dps indirapuram so St francis ,pls dont ask me to elaborate just 4-5 yrs of feedback and my perspective.
