@Sulagna Roy. Your child is eligible for nursery but if you dont get him enroll in nursery then next year he will be eligible for KG and next year no school of dwarka will take him in nursery. You better get him enroll in nursery as criteria for admission is nursery- 3+, pre-primary (KG)- 4+. He should be 3+ on 31st march 2016 for nursery & 4+ for KG till date rules & regulation if there are no changes in age criteria by DOE. Dont get panic regarding his age he will adjust accordingly.

Sandeep is right. Your son will be fine by then.

You may enroll him in any good play school for few months prior to that.

You both will have confidence.

@ sulagna I agree with Sandeeo and Meenakshi here. Yes he would be one of the youngest in the class, and he might have a little difficulty in the early months, but he will soon adjust, and with growing years, this difference will ve lesser and lesser significance.

@Dr. Nitesh. Your child is eligible for nursery. As per current norms nursery criteria is 3+ as on march 31st 2016 & for kg 4+ as on march 31st 2016. @Dr, Nitesh Singh. Some School provide online but some not. In online process you have to submit the online filled form & its receipt with the reg. fee at the school with the documents within reg. period & for some you have to collect the form from the school by paying cash. For DPS you have to submite the DD in favor of Delhi public school, Dwarka with the reg. form collected from the school with documents. For St. Thomas you can submit the fees online also but you have to submit the receipt the receipt & the filled form copy at the school.

Sandeep ji, i want to change my child's school this year. he will complete his KG this year so he will need admission in class first. can you please guide me select few good schools in dwarka?? 

@Madhu Gupta. whats you budget because many schools provide admission in class 1. It will be easy if you provide the average budget per month of fees i.e including transport

@Manu. Its a average type school i havnt heard much about this school.

@Madhu Gupta. NK Bagrodia is a good school but lacks due to language. My child is studying in BGS international. They also dont give homework but i am satisfied with the school. he is given weekend assignment & story books for language improvement. activities are there time to time. no extra burden on parents regarding money for activity.

@Sanjay Srivastava. There are options you can choose. Like if budget is not an option then BGS International, DPS Dwarka, Venkateshwar, Suchdeva Global, ITL, Basava, Mt. Carmel, if they have vacancy in class 1st.

Happy to see so many parents helping each other with their queries. I have a 3 year old daughter. We presently stay in Uttam Nagar. My daughter is in Mother's Pride in Pre Nursery. We are looking for Admission in nursery in some good Dwarka School. I have few questions if you guys can help me

1) When does the admission process start in delhi ?

2) List of good Schools in dwarka preferably within 10K budget per month including transport.

3) Which all schools admit children from uttam nagar considering the distance factor (How much is the distance limit defined) & transport. We need transport till main Najafgarh road near Arya Samaj Road.

4) My personal choices are Delhi Public School, Mount Carmel School, st Gregorios, bal bharti, ITL & St Francis (Janak Puri). please suggest better among these or some other good schools

If their is any parent in this group whose child goes to any of the above school in dwarka & stays in Uttam nagar please let me know.

@Deepak Mehta. I stay Near Dwarka More Metro Station. The process stats between dec- feb not fixed. All schools you list are near or less than 10K. Schools provide buses from uttam nagar terminal. You an all list BGS international, St thomas, Basava, Venkateshwar in this list.

@Deepak Mehta. There are many schools but few are expensive one. If you budget is 10K then you have to cut suchdeva global from latha ji's list as its fees is around 12K in current session will increase in next session. Same with indraprastha current session fees is around 9500 but will increase next session. Wait till the admission opens fill the form at most of the school and decide yourself when selected weather to enroll you daughter so that you have option in you hand. I understand from all the trailing post that the admission form for Nursery in Dwarka shall start in Mid Dec or early January 2016. My major concern would be hunting for best school near Dwarka Sector 23. 

Mount Carmel is been my first priority from very beginning. Can you help me hunt for best school in Dwarka so that i don't miss a chance atleast filling in the form for the admission. I would be grateful if you can clear the fee structure and formalities for getting the admission in the said school.

Hello all an information to nursery interested parents there is vacancy in nursery in BGS international dwarka as there is 1 withdraw on 14th Nov as the child has been shifted to US if anybody interested can talk to school if they can give seat or whats the procedure.

@Sandeep Pal: Thank you for extending your help. However, the list you shared has all necessary information required for the schools except for Mount Carmel (my first Pref) what is your thought on that?

@Priyanka Shori, Mt Carmel Sec-22 Dwarka is a good school. Its fee is around 4-5K +transport. It takes whole year fee is form of DD for the first year at the time of admission. Prospectus cost is 150/- compulsory as on previous year.

Also you mentioned about BGS Intl 1 vacancy for Nursery. How is the school and do oyu think they will fill in that vacancy now with a new admission?

@Priyanka Shori. My son is studing in BGS International. I am Happy with him. Wait for the admission or you can call the school for the same. I know it b'cause the child was going from my area & his father told they are shifting to US and vacating seat for this year.
