She is  eligible for 1std ( 5yrs+ on 2012) and vacancy open after jan  , no formal forms will come out. you have to keep track of  your desired school by regularly visiting them

In others schools its school specifiv the distance criteria u can try for some vasant kunj schools ,but wait for forms to come

Nursery admission Updates: TOday delhi high court adjourned the hearing of social jurist petition on age of students at the entry level in the formal education system. the court will decide the issue on 21st of December 2011.The reason for adjournment was delay tactics fo Govt. and Action committee of Unaided schools who have filed their counter affidavit too late to respond. the action commitee served the copy on 12th of dec and the govt. served the same in court room itself. The affidavit filed by govt. does not contradicts social jurist stand and most of the averments by the petitioner is admitted by the DOE but again as usual the have justified their delay by the name of inactment of RTE and even indicated more delay as they need to consult all the stake holders and expert in RTE scenario. DOE even does not requests court to dismiss the petition but requests the court to pass an order in this regard and they will implement that order.
the affidavit file by the Action commiteee try to confuse the issue in the name of RTE but nothing substantial has been mentioned. they have tried to mix up the concept of Pre school a seperate school recomended by Ganguly commiteee.
