For example, the type of gentry who lives in Janakpuri don't have schools which matches their expectations except st. franscis and st. marks. And these only two schoools are not capable enough to serve around two lakh residents of Janakpuri.There are couple of other schools but not up to the mark. And situation of government schools in Janakpuri are far behind general expectations.I believe that the number of government schools in Janakpuri are sufficient enough to serve the requirement of Janakpuri residents. But government had never been in a mood to improve the standards of these schools according to the living standard of the people staying there.Hence Janakpuri residents opts for schools outside Janakpuri and most likely in Dwarka. And Janakpuri government schools are used by outer Delhi residents. Total MISMANAGEMENT. Government/DOE should first do the improvements at ground level before making meaningless admission guidelines. Again, no parent wants that his child has to suffer by covering long distance everyday. It is government's lack of planning which forces people to take those tough decisions. They do not want to put efforts to bring improvements but making current eductaion system and infrastructure more messy.Lets hope if new Delhi CM will use his mind in making new policies and guidelines.…; Added by Madan Gopal at 3:29pm on December 27, 2013

They started distributing forms at 8 am and I had reached there at 8.45 am and they told that the admission is over and we are giving no more forms. Come back on 7 th january to check if some seats are available. I dont think this is right , at least we all have a right to fill in the form,, this is highly unprofessional and disgusting.
