Application Form will be available from 15.12.2021 (Wednesday). Fill up the Application form and ensure that all columns are complete. Incomplete form will not be accepted. Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on Submit as no corrections will be allowed later. Proceed for payment of Registration fee of 25/-. After payment, take out the print out of the form and paste the required photographs. It is compulsory for Father and Mother to sign the form in person. Kindly attach the attested photocopies of the following documents:a. Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.b. Proof of residence address-passport/lease deed/latest paid electricity, water or telephone bill/Election I-card/Aadhaar Card issued in the name of the parent. In case of rental accommodation, the rent agreement.c. In case of sibling applicants, the copy of the school Identity Card / latest fee slips of the sibling studying in the school.d. In case of school staff applicants, the copy of the School I-card of father / mother. Submit the Application Form along with the other documents at the school reception and collect the receipt of submission. In case parents find any difficulty in filling the form, they can contact at the Helpdesk in the school and get assistance.
