I fully support the cause taken up by the Major. I feel inter- state transfers should be considered and 5 points system  be re introduced. Maybe transfers from NCR region could be excluded. The system has to consider the loss/suffering ( which may be intangible to the people who never seen a transfer) subjected to a family which is made to move from corner of the country on Govt orders.  The logic is then why preference should be given to Alumni and siblings.
