After issuance of notification by DOE, I have a strong doubt on "Draw of lots system" for allotment of seats (in case of more applications received for less seats available).

If a school "XXX" has 80 seats remaining for 400 applications having 70 points in common. On the basis of "Draw of lots system", 80 candidats will be selected in presence of parents and whole process will be videographed too.

What about the selection criteria for balance seats in case of…
