1. The total points break up is out of 90 instead of 100. On confirming it from school authority they say that 10 points are under the managment. But the question is that how they will be going to allot these points to the students. EWhen they have managment quota why they have included points pertaining to  managment in general category.

2. Few children have been alloted the points under the sibling as well as first born category. Both in nursery and in K.G.

Need an advice, Can anyone give feedback on Shadley School, Nursery Class. Also schools are calling & asking to deposit of fees in CaSH BY 23rd.

This creates a confusion whether to wait till 1st feb or go for admission on Monday.............Please advice

We submitted application for admission of our child in Pre-school. List of the selected. candidates would be published on 01.02.2012. Yesterday we received a call from the G D Goenka school Rohini,Sec-9 for an interaction with the managements. When we go to school, management of G. D. Goenka, Sec-9, Rohini demand Rs. 2 Lacs for

admission under mangment cota. Whether it is allowed for the schools to ask for interactions even before the first cut off list, and also allowed to school…

i think most parents apply for more than ten schools,almost a person has to visit twice to school n timings mostly same for all schools.i wish there could have been a single format for all schools n just few selected places where we could get n submit all forms.so many parents n so many professions suffer bcoz of this unorganized system.i am a doctor n almost after evey 2nd day i ask my fellow docs to change duty roster so that i can get n fill a nursery form .

I send the following mail to CM and education minister of delhi but no response receive from their side .

Honourable chief minister,

I am physically challenged/handicapped parent. I am very sorry to

inform you that last 5 days very difficult and painful for us,

because I am trying admission for my child in nursery class. Madam, I

inform you that all schools is not providing any support and facility

to physically challenged parent and there is no point system…

Both Salwan Public School & GD Salwan School (Old Rajinder Nagar) have asked the Parents to come on a specific date & time in the coming few days for verification of the originals & that too before any List is out. Is it OK? Does DOE permit the same? Please let me know.

some schools not following the dates given by delhi govt. for sale and submission last date for the forms.i went to st. marks KG janakpuri from 3rd to 6th Jan.for the application form...the only answer i would get was "NO forms available at present" see on the next working day...as if we have no work and working days are for them only.and at the last they didn't give the form on 6th also and said that the limit of issuing the form has been reached...therefore no forms will be given....THIS…

My Name is Hitesh and have today submitted the Nursery Admission form for my Child.

Have bought the prospectus but the same is highly deficient of info on the school vintage, teaching models etc.

Shall request reviews from each one of you on the Reputation, Credibility, teaching Methodology etc of the school so that the Decision for the Admission be Finalized if called for.

I am not able to find good school in vicinity of Red Fort, Darya Ganj. It falls under central Delhi but good schools in Central Delhi area are very far (8 - 10 KM)from this location and almost no points are gained for Distance.
Appreciate if some one could furnish some details on some of the schools where I can try my luck for admission.

KR mangalam , vikaspuri are more intersted in selling their prospects along with form of rupees 500/- than form of 25 rupeesonly , whereas several schools are providing with the option for the prospects with form or only form can be purchased
