My kid is mid May born (2013) which makes him ineligible to apply for nursery admisisons in Delhi next year and I guess in most parts of NCR too. I saw a previous post in a similar issue. Is there any way out as the child loses almost 1 year in such cases. I am amazed we have a single day cutoff .. logically it should be spread over six months to make it equitable.

Also wanted to understand. Some schools have LKG and UKG instead of KG after nursery which could reallly mean…
