@Anu ........In my opinion GBS is better because i have heard that the crowd in ryan is not good ...i mean mostly kids are from mahipalpur and kapashera buisness family ...... our kid will learn all bad things from them ........in my pocket everybody gave me negative feedback for ryan and Bloom as well

Well, our's was a 30-35 mts interaction in Bluebells where the following questions were asked:

1) Tell us 2 things which your child has picked up from Taleem playschool. How do you think these 2 things have helped him shape up?

2) What according to you, is childhood innocence and what steps should parents take to deal with it, and moreover to preserve it?

3) How long do parents let their kids be kids and do they really beleive in the "fairy tale vulnerable childhood paradigm" anymore?

4) Both of us are working, so were asked to walk them through our profiles at length...with reference to team sizes, work hours, roles/designations, etc.

5) Since I mostly work from home, they were inquisitive to know how do I manage my work with a kid. What makes me strike that balance? Incase I need to go to office on some days, who takes care of the kid?

6)What is that ONE value which we would like to inculcate in our child lifelong? Each of us was askd to answer this question individually...Since I said "Respect", I was asked to elaborate how would I build this virtue in him at such a young age. Since I said "Leading by example, as actions speak louder than words"....I was further asked to cite certain examples of how I can lead by example...

My husband said "integrity", so he too was asked to provide examples.

7) How much responsibility lies on the school for a child's development? We were asked to justify it through a percentage share.

8) What is our idea of recreation? Are "malls" a good place to take the kid along? Why, why not? Since I said "occasionally yes", I was asked to justify through an example.

9) Since my husband is posted out of station and I put up with my inlaws and son, there were more grilling questions on how we ensure "quality daddy time"..

10) Why did we choose Bluebells? On mentioning the "Internationalism" factor, we were asked to elaborate it at length, so as to get a hang of whether we are equipped with the RIGHT information or not.

11) Where else have we applied? and why? Parameters of a good school...

12) "Learning to climb a tree to pluck a mango" or "Learning to draw it from a picture"- what would you rather have your child do and why?

If your answers exceed 2-3 mts, they would interrupt you and move on to the next question. Seemed like their questions were all planned! Hope this helps!
