I was hearing it on dilli aaj tak....

It was a news on this matter- channel says that sc gives notice to delhi govt. Ask them how the other IST students can be admitted ???

What's the fact whats the news ???

The petitioners must be wanted to get their kids in some top schools so approaching the SC might give them the seats in top schools similar to what the others IST petitioners got. There are smart ppl who knows how to play with legal system :).

SC yehi kahegi IST fence sitters ko ke
"ab pachtaey hoth kya, jab chidiya chugg gayi khet", meaning when everything is at a final stage in admission process SC wont give any order which will result in utter chaos for schools & parents alike. If they(IST fence sitters) felt wronged they would have approched d court earlier.

I hope you are correct Ravinder Madwal. I am worried as the Supreme Court had said it would not entertain any more petitions and then they agreed to hear this fresh petition today. Have been checking the news websites, but no update as of now.

ITS OVER NOW.

NO MORE CASES WOULD BE ENTERTAINED IN ANY COURT FOR THIS YEAR AS ALL ADMISSIONS OVER AND SESSION STARTED ALSO SC HAS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THE ORDER .

HC already refused last week...
