If you have receipt for the entire amount paid, and your withdrawal is within 30 days of Admission made.... School has to refund the entire amount after deducting Admission and basic charges under receipt as per the refund notification of DOE. PLEASE CHECK THE REFUND POLICY Under this link:

Now i want to withdraw, the school is refunding 75% of tution fee but not a single penny from Rs.1lac. Pls suggest legal grounds on which i can claim my money bck.

Comment by Mark William on May 25, 2014 at 12:49pm: Taranjeet ji, If you are interested in ghps vv then get a letter of recomendation from gurudwara prabhandhak commitee member & ur work would b done for sure, this is an easily available option. i am 99% sure you will get a seat in ghps if u do this as its a minority school.
If ghps is not on a high priority for you then try sending another follow up email to GBS, SUMMERFIELDS,KRM,LAXMAN, Banyan tree could also be an option but the school is just average.
