@amit and @ABCD ji... more to add these PILS are adding more in to these mess... otherwise every child will get admission... and no one will left out.... and fight is for some so called top schools only....

@amit bansal ji... 100% agree with you.... the guidelines are gud but mess is created by parents who produced false info and documents. And then the schools who still are able to sell seats.....

Amit - I agree. What these PILs are doing is adding to the confusion and insecurity. As a result, parents instead of focusing on the primary issue get carried away and start criticizing guidelines. Take the current case... the stay is primarily on account of IST, but now people are once again questioning EWS, sibling etc. We need to ensure that the process for this year progresses so that people without seats can get a chance to secure a seat....And message to all parents is loud and clear - PILs will only delay the admission of YOUR CHILDREN.

We must not criticise A GENUINE EFFORT BY LG, as he try to create transparency & equal level playing field otherwise we have to watch every school for their own point system like veg. Or non veg.
He was misguided by someone about transfer point .
I am in very support of LG as he bring a equal level playing field for all of us & we are very hopeful to get something.
I am extremely against those parents who created whole mess by producing fake certificate.
I am a parent who applied in 22 school got admission nowhere.

Does anyone has any innovative plan which we can be recommended to DOE to overcome this mess.?? Or we have to wait for court verdict..

Someone should come up with an innovative plan and then form a group to share the plan with DOE/Court, otherwise more PILs will be followed and more delay...

Well actually the LG and AAP tried to play heroics from the comfort of their drawing rooms. They didn't apply their mind before making radical changes in the process. They didn't study the pattern of admissions, number of seats area wise and scope for people finding loopholes. And above all they didn't consult the schools before making changes. As far as PILs are considered agitated people were bound to go to courts, as the currents system gives undue advantage to some sections at the cost of others. They courts are at fault. They should have stopped the admission process long back, given a deadline for filing PILs objections if any and then taken a final decision after clubbing everything. Courts have contributed to the mess by giving decisions as EMIs. The judiciary like other organs of Govt. machinery is going from bad to worse.

taking a clue from d sealing drive episode wittnessed by delhi a few years back, I think admission process could have been started this year much earlier after it was clear that most of d parents would file PIls against it at subsequent stages
To stop d sealing process A DELHI LAW(SPECIAL PROVISION ACT 2011) WAS BROUGHT ABOUT TO SAVE BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED BEFORE 2007 something similar in nature could have been done by LG under his powers to stop the whole PIL Drama.
