@ Sangeeta Gupta . True. Since the stay was put on 11th April, the case must have been registered before that. They haven't mentioned if the same would be put up during the miscellaneous week as declared in the circular.

The second circular states that academic matters falling within the subject categories would be taken up if any of the learned counsel appearing for the parties desires that his/her case which is pending and ready for regular hearing and comes under the subject categories is to be taken up for hearing during the summer vacations. But all details pertaining to the case will have to be filed by 2.5.2014. Don't know what would happen now.

what kind of time we are in where future of kids is blurred

dont able to understand at first place why such "mara mari" at nursery level as if my kid is getting an IAS seat confirmed

formal schooling should have been from Ist only in my opinion

no matter where the kid gets basics the school can conduct bare minimal test and admit him/her in class1 on the performance
