Even if Saurabh withdraws others may not. Please stop targeting individual parents and please stop politicising the issue. Kejriwal govt did not even take the oath on 18th December 2013 when guidelines were out.

Comment by Nitin Goyal on April 16, 2014 at 12:14pm: Mature Parent who have filed PIL should understand our constitution....Our constitution has left things and give them full time to settle on its own...they will make MESS out of it....parent will loose 1 year for there ward if they continue to pursue these PIL's...Just note my words....This is called Duniyadari....aisa hee hota hai...

Comment by Sudripto on April 16, 2014 at 12:14pm: @Deepak, This Saurabh guy has filed a Petition in SC even though his ward was short listed in Sanskriti School. Check the list - Serial number 105. The list also mentions that the selected candidates were to take admission fee by 9th and 11th April. So I assume this list was prepared by Sanskrti after the HC order on 3rd April. Still that guy went and filed a petition in Supreme court and thereby stalled the entire process for the moment. http://www.sanskritischool.com/ProgramFiles/Login/HomePageNew.aspx

What if we meet Mr Saurabh and request him to please withdraw his case from SC, will that finish the drama if Mr Saurabh withdraws the case, is it legally possible?

Mr Saurabh is also a human like us and by now he must also have felt this all is not gonna benefit anyone so maybe he will understand us and have sympathy with us.
