Comment by richa nidhi on April 16, 2014 at 12:09pm: @anurag Jain...why not telling those IST people in court...sorry for generalization but as Nitin case was said to be 70 pointers case....and we all know that if DOE would be able to solve the issue.there would be no choice...but what about Mr.saurabh fighting for sanskriti seat as everyone know.tell him to give donation to that school if he is having such amount of money to spare in a court and hum sab ko mukti do iss syape se....we will bless him for that nd no one complain of his donation

Comment by Ankush Grover on April 16, 2014 at 11:57am: DOE can appeal to Supreme Court or they can talk to CJ of Supreme Court to hear the matter on the urgent basis. DOE can take the help of Ministry of Law to talk to CJ of SC for the earliest hearing. Lets see how soon it happens

Comment by Rahul uppal on April 16, 2014 at 11:56am: A client of mine is a SC lawyer; I had a talk with him discussing the current situation. what he told me about SC dates is very alarming, he told me that in SC dates are given of many months away in normal cases and if the SC thinks that the case is very sensitive and time bond and needs a immediate judgement, the best they can do in these cases is gives dates 20 days away that is the best they can do.
