Since affidavits are always required in original, do we have to make as many sets of affidavits as the number of schools we intend to apply?

Is photocopy of Affidavit suffice the purpose or not.  please suggest

Yes ,but some can be school specific ,so better keep 10-15 handy

format which is common for first/girl/boy  given below
