The notification is supporting parents who have misused the transfer case criteria. Still there is time for the government to make the changes else it would waste 1 year in many children's cases

Please clarify one point, is that mandatory that to claim transfer point, your transfer should be in the same year

It is too little and too late! If DOE is really serious about this issue, they must take action before the 1st list is out.

Those claiming tfr points have to give Tfr certificate from employer. those just moving residence will get rejected by schools.

what is the use of this guideline, how can schools like DPS and some more ,check the genuineness of transfer case when draw have taken place, and they got benefit, they also eaten a chance of a 70 pointer's to participate in draw. all rubbish, no NCR tnfr should be consider.

Thanks. ..i heard some people are claiming 5 points on account of change in residence unlike change in job. .like moving in from Gurgaon or Noda nd becoming eligible for draw..

So Mr. Raman. ..trigger point is change of Job. ..It cannot be alone change of residence. ..am I right.
