you are right that there should be a systematic approach. But we should first concentrate on this year's result of draw which is totally not favouring any of the 70 pointers.

What is the option left for us. Are our children should sit in home for this session and try for next year. And next year schools will object since they are overage.

What does a parent of kid (70 points) who hasn't got through any of 18 school - neither in main list or waiting, expect from this PIL.

For our family, only option is to head towards Gurgaon or Noida to seek admission for 3 year old and make him travel almost 40 km a day....(that too if we get admission here)...i have applied in schools which are in nook & corner of my locality - this 18 has 5 schools which are not even in anyone's radar. Yet no luck.

Can you please advice, as to what should we be hoping for:

- cancellation of all draws i.e. Re-draw for all seats.

- or something else.

All 70 pointers like me, hope and pray that wisdom prevails and these arbitrary TC points are scrapped or transferred to first child/girl child.

Traumatic experience for Delhites who are being driven out of the city because of this ILLOGICAL transfer point advantage being offered to others ...

Comment by Shailendra Goyal on February 25, 2014 at 9:12pm: Your complaint is-as per callar says that school is giving 20 points of sibbling for twins ....-Reply is As per clarifications / directions issued by DOE (Act Branch) (Refer Sl.No.33) twins have been considered as siblings.

This is in continuation of above reply.

In view of the clarification received from the Directorate of Education, Registration forms pertaining to twins will not get the benefit of sibling (20 points). However, if one of the ???twin children??? gets selected then only the other would be considered under sibling category, otherwise not.

Accordingly, the names of all the twin children appearing against points earned 90 are being shifted to the category of 70 points.

Comment by APOORVA SAH on February 25, 2014 at 5:11pm: THANK SAKSHI AND MR. VOHRA FOR TAKING UP THE OUR CAUSE. I HAVE BEE REPEATEDLY POSTING MY COMMENTS AND WILL KEEP ON DOING TILL WE GET OUR RIGHT.

1ST CHILD SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN PRIORITY ABOVE TRANSFER CASE. 28TH THE LIST WILL BE OUT AND APPROX 40%-50%PARENTS WILL BE IN DISTRESS OWING TO THIS USELESS, HOPELESS, ILLOGICAL POINT SYSTEM.

SCHOOLS SHOULD HAVE KEPT ATLEAST 40% SEATS FOR 70 POINTERS AS ALL THE KIDS ARE SAME AND THEY CANNOT BE DISCRIMINATED ON SIBLING / TRANSFER BASIS.
