BS. nothing else. Why can't govt officers give clear guidelines?

hopeless. not clarifies weather NCR transfer would be considered under inter state transfer or not! No hope for 70 pointers.

DoE issued the circular just for the sake of issuing something... either they could not understand the real issue of transfer case or intentionally want to be in dark..  not even a single point of circular satisfies any parents... I think with such circular they should justify or give some logic of giving transfer points... CIRCULAR OF NO USE, it only raised the tension level of parents to another high......

Just an eyewash, no substance in this order.

They pretend to be serious in this circular but by putting onus on to the schools, gap still remains huge.

NO hope, we are in the same situation as were before. Parents with 70 points have no option for their wards.

Extremely disappointing ! This is sheer hogwash ! Nothing concrete, nothing substantial, virtually the issue remains same as before.

Unlikely that schools are going to bother themselves with the veracity of such applications beyond the usual cursory checks, and the DOE being a Govt body, would not do much either. So, the helpless situation of 70-point parents DOES NOT change at all !

No hope , should have been abolished
Comment by Abhishek Sharma on February 14, 2014 at 3:53pm

Are they even thought about bigger problem of 70 point parents due to these transfer cases?

Also, what would they to collect the data of NCR transfer applications. No clear guidelines. COMPLETE NONSENSE!!!
