THEN TAKE EXAM FOR NURSERY AND ARRANGE DRAW FOR CLASS-01 !!!!!!!. IT WAS EXPECTED FROM OUR SYSTEM. IT HAS BEEN THE HISTORY, WHEN EVERY TIME "AAM AADMI" HAS BEEN CRUSHED UNDER THE ROLLERS OF THIS SYSTEM.

EWS wards are not elder.. they have advantage of being weeker... and i can bet 90% have fake certificates..... this is india and our own gov want ppl to discriminate between weeker, sc/st/hindi..... etc etc...

so now a days being general is crime....

Central govt's today submitted that RTE is not applicable to general category children below 6 yrs of age

Central govt's stand - RTE is applicable to EWS category children from nursery onwards

Verdict is expected on Monday 18.02.2013
