more and more delays will only lead to last moment rush for admissions, working people have to take more holidays from their office after the court releases decision. Every day is counting

@ Natasha Jee

Agree completely.. here we all should support Social Jurist as they are fighting for our cause only.. parents whose wards got selected should also support fellow parents.. I know it will be cumbersome for all of us.. Atleast it will give equal chance of education for all the kids..

@Natasha: everyone is never going to be happy ever. but justice has to be fair to everyone. if it is not fair, it is not justice at all. all parents have different reasons for status quo like i cant manage any more leaves for next 6 months so i would like to avoid hassle of making school rounds and all related stuff all over but donot know if schools kept my forms after i was rejected in lists

I don't want to name anyone, but one of the very active parent on scrapping point system on this website, their child's name came in a lottery, and that parent has suddenly gone mum! So who are aggrieved are the ones whose voices one hears loudest... Those who get what they want, shrink back into their comfort zone... S if the point system is actually scrapped... As many voices will be pointed in the opposite direction! Wait and watch!

Honestly, I think this wait is pointless... Only one sided people are active on this site and blog anyways... A whole lot of people dont want this to change.... as many as those who want this verdict... Everyone is never going to be happy... And most likely parents who've got admission under current point system, will get some NGO to get a stay on this change for this year... Which is fair enough, imagine being in their shoes.. At the end of the day, everyone watches their own back. Schools are anyway going ahead with lists, lotteries etc. so don't pin any hopes on anything.. This is a reality check. Just because MOST active people on this website want one thing, doesn't mean everyone wants it...
