Comment by Sharad Bansal on February 11, 2013 at 7:47pm: Sakshi, you are absolutely correct but the fact of the matter is that tomorrow the matter is listed for hearing/arguments because Hon'ble Judges want some clarifications and I'm sure that any of the parties would seek more time to settle those clarifications.
