 YES Ankita, Judge might have some queries as some written  documents  that were submitted on last tuesday.

But since the verdict was reserved I thought no more arguments only the judgement would follow!

It is listed at number 1. It is the first case to be heard tomorrow in court no. 1

The Social Jurist Pil on NURSERY ADMISSIONS has been relisted for hearing Tomorrow 12 Feb  In Court No1.

To elaborate further, I mean that there may be a party in this case who may seek time for its own benefit in tomorrow's hearing. (who may be interested in dragging this matter)

Sakshi, you are absolutely correct but the fact of the matter is that tomorrow the matter is listed for hearing/arguments because Hon'ble Judges want some clarifications and I'm sure that any of the parties would seek more time to settle those clarifications.

arguments will keep going on for days. ....won't be surprised if it carries on for months. schools will now take/get relief saying that there is no time left to start the process again.

SHARAD , WE ARE SURE ABOUT  ARGUMENT BUT CANNOT PREDICT WHETHER JUDGEMENT WILL COME TOMORROW ON NOT .
