Cant agree with you more. only the court should act fast enough so suffering is reduced faster. as for my last comment, i am not sutre if i can get so many leaves again. do not know how will i manage. do not know who all are in my boat on this point

Whatever the result of HC, we (Parents whose wards have not secured a seat in any of the school) are going to suffer. I guess "You win some, you lose some" comes true in this case.

If the HC cancels the current procedure, then I guess all of us have to again go through the drill once again.

I hope whatever Court comes out with the decesion it should be applicable for next year session.. to save us from again applying for leave, and running pillar to post for submitting forms. ...

Comment by Moreshwar Salpekar on February 11, 2013 at 12:13pm: @Stuti and Manu: yes, this verdict is really important as HC said it will impact this yea admission but given the fact that time left is very less i.e. 1 month 20 days, this should happen fast enough or this year session will start very lates as schools may say that they are unable to restart process so as to complete by March end
