No case has come till now. All the cases might be clubbed together .
Will keep you posted .
Has the hearing started ?
Meanwhile... my kids play school agreed to continue hom for one more month....
Agree. I don't think anyone is OK with any more delays.
@ Suneet - You are concerned about the plight of 1 so called Mr. Jain. What about the thousands of parents who have been affected by this.. Pity these PILers.. They have piled on their self interest on everyone and making it a so called in the larger interest.. It will be really interesting to know all about these PILers. LIke courts asked for the data of school, they should also ask data of these PILers. One who is not fulfilling criteria can't simply go and file PILs and one of the the worst part for me in the entire issue is role of courts... I have heard that POORI ZINDAGI COURT K CHAKKAR KAATNE PARTE HAIN...
First this mr. Sadhanshu jain accused An.com for deleting there posts and form a group on facebook...
And then they indulge in PIL game.... which turned out to be nightmare fir every parent of delhi...
Second thing he must be an influencial person because he jeopardised the while admission process.
Third ... he must have already reserved seat in some schools and even can get admission in school anytime... but he want some special school... that's he is fighting with whole system.....
I agree with you Ekta Ji , Let us all hope for the best. Waiting eagerly for today's verdict
Suneet - I am not sure who is enjoying, but the wait for bulk of the parents has been agonizing. Everyone is using the forum to express the same with the hope that these messages will reach the 2 individuals. Won't you agree that the entire admission process has been held hostage because of their interruptions?
folks - lets not get personal here. Mr. Jain or Major Saurabh - they too not enjoying this so please use forum for constructive matters.

New Delhi, March 28 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Friday further extended stay on the nursery admission process and fresh draw of lots in the capital's schools till April 2.
A bench of Acting Chief Justice B.D. Ahmed and Justice Sidharth Mridul also declined to entertain a petition filed by a set of parents seeking to scrap the alumni and sibling categories.
The bench allowed petitioners to withdraw the plea and approach the single judge which was hearing the main case filed challenging the lt governor's notification.
After the court refused to entertain the plea seeking scrapping both the categories, the five and 20 points under alumni and sibling sections will be retained this academic year.
The court's order came after the education department submitted data which showed that a majority of the children admitted in the first draw of lots belonged to 70 pointers who came under the neighbourhood criteria.
Senior advocate Nidhesh Gupta, who is representing another group of parents, said that the alumni and sibling points were a valid classification which has been recognized the world over.
The court is adjudicating the contentious issue of whether a fresh draw of lottery was necessary after the scrapping of the inter-state transfer points on Feb 27.
At present, 95-point system is followed for admissions -- 70 points are allocated to neighbourhood criteria, 20 to sibling and five under alumni category.
