@nisha ji @neha ji .... innocent kids don't know anything What's going on here...
As kids catch the words so fast.....
my kid tell me one day "पापा मेरा नंबर कही नहीं आ रा।".... as we both discuss every day after returning from draw after draw.... and There is no name of him in any draw ... not in waiting list......
@reeta ji i totally in agreement with you..... claver lawyers will make things in such away which will lead to further delays....
And if somebody will not agree with any outcome.... then there will be futher string of PILs again...
That's why i wish that HC should say go to SC if you are not satisfied with the judgement.....
Dear all
The case is expected around 11.30 am(court no 9), pls wait we will update as soon as we come to know ..what the the new case put up today about ...and what is the verdict.
Last night we took our kid to sai baba temple.. while coming back he told me "mumma maine baba ji ko bola hai mera bada school jaldi khole" .. every night he sleeps after asking me what i will give him in his lunch box tomorrow morning.. imagine a child's state of mind cz of al this .....
I am neutral... i was a looser 70 pointer before the draw and after the draw.... and things will remain the same even after some kind og good or bad result may come out from the todays judgement .... i see nothing for my kid......
Just arranging some money to buy a seat from the shops opened everywhere....
Good morning parents,
Any updates regarding the expected final verdict...Its hell waiting for result which will effect my children future..hope today is the last day to wait and everyone is satisfied with the outcome...
Amen to That, ABCD!
I'm with you!!
Gitanjali - I totally agree. But trust me, irrespective of what we say, we will have many Sudhanshu Jains indulging in PIL talk today in the evening. Just wait and see. People like Mr. Jain don't care about whats written on this forum. I totally stand by the statement that THERE SHOULD BE NO FURTHER CHANGES and the process should be allowed to follow its due course.

New Delhi, March 28 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Friday further extended stay on the nursery admission process and fresh draw of lots in the capital's schools till April 2.
A bench of Acting Chief Justice B.D. Ahmed and Justice Sidharth Mridul also declined to entertain a petition filed by a set of parents seeking to scrap the alumni and sibling categories.
The bench allowed petitioners to withdraw the plea and approach the single judge which was hearing the main case filed challenging the lt governor's notification.
After the court refused to entertain the plea seeking scrapping both the categories, the five and 20 points under alumni and sibling sections will be retained this academic year.
The court's order came after the education department submitted data which showed that a majority of the children admitted in the first draw of lots belonged to 70 pointers who came under the neighbourhood criteria.
Senior advocate Nidhesh Gupta, who is representing another group of parents, said that the alumni and sibling points were a valid classification which has been recognized the world over.
The court is adjudicating the contentious issue of whether a fresh draw of lottery was necessary after the scrapping of the inter-state transfer points on Feb 27.
At present, 95-point system is followed for admissions -- 70 points are allocated to neighbourhood criteria, 20 to sibling and five under alumni category.
