Refund / adjustment of the fees for the month of April 2014 for no classes for LKG/pre school

According to me, an important issue is also that when no classes are held for LKG or pre school classes, in the month of April 2014, then is it not appropriate for the authorities concern and / or Supreme Court to also issue necessary instructions regarding refund/adjustment of the hefty fees taken by the schools for the month of April 2014. I think it needs attention.

It is interesting to note that in the month of May 2014 my ward went to school  only for 4 days after Supreme Court judgment and then summer vacations started.  Now,

April 2014 - No classes- full fees.

May 2014 - only 4 days class - full fees.

June 2014 - No classes - full fees.

So, is it justified ??????????

There should be some guideline / instruction in the matter....

In the First Quarter already admission charges has been paid & at same time classes were conducting of nursery so that can be adjusted with the salary of nursery teachers & other staff .Also every Schools has there profitable accounts.why every time parents has to suffer.Can you pay full year school fees without sending your child for a single day.

There is a reason for everything that how these school owner are looting us and even being an educated parents we are helpless ...Actually we almost all this generation parents have a one similar thought about our child which is
"Mein apne bacche ko aise education dunga jo mujhe naseeb nahi huyee"..This is the line which these new school owner encash...and making huge profit on our emotions. These people have stragically make such environment where if your child school does not have swimming pool/AC classroom-buses then you are not giving best to your children. For example are we not making our child immune/body weeker by providing AC in classroom and in buses.. Will our child able to play any outdoor game/job or can change his tyre in emergency on any sunny day when his body get addicted for AC for all d time..More interesting is that even after spending 15-20 lac in his school life no gurantee of his career but gurantee of luxuary habits is sure. And Irony is that still 95% IAS/IPS and other top professional selected from small town and village...

Thanks Shailendra ji...this is realty even these school owner have their own publication to get maximum profit. Nursery 10 page Alphabet book they sell on Rs 160 MRP which we can get same book with better quality of different publisher in max 30 to 40 Rs from outside...We even cant imagine their profit...This is one of best business in india where big profit is assured in all the businesses they run in school as they have fixed bound customers (students)..

@NITESH SHARMA

I like this statment very much.. and also a very good business idea..

"One school owner runs several business under single roof e.g. transport/garment/meals/canteen/stationary/activity/sports/tution fees on which they never also give discount."

well said @ NITESH SHARMA

I am also agree with the statement...NO SERVICE-NO PAYMENT of FEES.

however if they can not refund the 100% money citing various expense they occur like teacher salary .. then atleast they can refund 90% of fees .. i think this is fair to all...
