To the best of my knowledge, a 3 year old KID should have the following right to education as per the CONSTITUTION of India (Right to Education, Under Rights & Duties)

Since the KID is very young and cannot travel to far distances alone, following should be a point system and KID's RIGHT in INDIA (DELHI)

It will also take care of no discrimination on caste, creed, gender, rich, poor, etc, etc

We should relearn CONSTITUTION of India

Point system for ALL KIDS

If school is 1 km kid should get 70 marks

If school is 2 kms kid should get 60 marks

If school is 3 kms from home kid should get 50 marks

If school is 4 kms from home kid should get 40 marks

If school is 5 kms from home kid should get 30 marks

If school is 6 kms from home kid should get 20 marks

If school is 7 kms from home kid should get 10 marks
