One twist as the high court not give any order but Delhi Government withdraws transfer case points. And wherever some seats are given to transfer cases - Redraw will happen for all the seats considering 70 & 75(transfer) points same ...

I agree with Mr.Meenal Chaudhary,if it is true then what will happen to those school who has done the draw of 75 points (For Transfore Points) will they cancell it.As DPS Rohini has terminated some application those who have not provided the valid Transfore and other credentials.

Its really great that unlawfull point system was scrapped there should only be reservation in percentage so that a specific amount of seats be left for general cat.

A reply is sought from LG and DOE by the H'ble Court by Friday 28th Feb. As per my understanding NO JUDGEMENT has been passed by the court and the case will be heard again on 28th Feb, Friday.

In the petition filed, the petitioner has asked to abolish the Transfer Points but a decision is still pending.

Delhi government, while agreeing to submit the report by February 28 when the matter will be heard, also said it is inclined to do away with the system of awarding five points to kids whose parents have transfered from another state.

PLEASE SHARE A COPY OF THE ORDER AS THE SAME COULD NOT BE FOUND BY ME EITHER on any NEWS site or on Delhi High Court Website
