Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

Admission Dates | Admission Criteria | Compare schools | Fee Details

I have five odd children in the vicinity including my kid who are seeking admission in pre-nursery this year. On an average school fee is apprx. 5000 per child including transport etc. which means 25000 per month for 5 kids. Why can't i hire a personal tutor @15000 pm for these 5 kids ?

Woman working in play schools get hardly 7-8000 pm and they are experienced and qualified (NTT) to handle nursery and KG kids. Plus I would be free from the tensions which schools give after admission including pick & drop. Every child will get special attention as the batch size is only 5.

It will save apprx. 1 Lac annually which can be spent on furniture, stationery and other play items. Any one of five families can give a separate room for teaching or it could be arranged on turn basis.

Question may arise that children learn more with other children. But I think 5 is a good number to learn with. Also the ideal batch size for kids even in may developed countries is 10 while schools we are looking for will make a batch of 30-40 children. I doubt that our child can get appropriate & quality time with special attention in a batch of 40 children.

Initially it could be tried for 2 years i.e. nursery & KG and if all goes well, this process can further extended till 5th grade. Home schooling is legal in India and many other countries also. There are example of IIT, High Shcool and Intermediate toppers who are products of home schooling.

As far as safety is concerned, IP CCTV can be used so that parent can keep an eye on their kids on real time basis. A female domestic help @4-5K can be hired for 4 hrs.

parents are the best teachers

why not few more parents join in and open a school of their own for their kids, hire best staff.

i agree to all the points n support it. but my only concern is the safety to child as so many "bad happenings" we see, listen , hear with small children in small or home schools. how do we ensure that child is safe inside..?
