VIS kid is in the back side of main school. VIS main branch is good if you got through it. I think they transfer kids to senior branch.

what is good with VIS except building. Our kids are not going to own a building. What happens inside will make the kids grow well. On this site only I have read bucket full of comments about their shady systems and some obnoxious king like attitude

In my opinion VIS is a good school.

Money minded management does not equal to bad school.

our children are going to interact with teachers, not management committee.

VIS is good in terms of academics, co curricular activities. 

if i get general category seat, i wouldn't think twice before talking it.

For god sake - please note that all these are "Private Unaided" schools - so someone needs to run them, pay salaries, ensure adequate infra and serve needs of parents. Then, they also need some profit as their kids also go to other bigger schools. So, lets worry more about School infra and how education is provided, what are the tools used, how are parents involved etc rather than the admissions process itself. Some or more of it is there in every school

Money minded did not means bad school, but money minded management may ask for money now and than and you may no choice than, some may afford it but not all...so before takning any decision think from all aspect,management, infra,technology etc
