What i understand is this.

Candidates with greater than 60 points will be auto selected. Remaining seats will be filled from top from draw result. Waiting list etc also will be created from remaining candidates in draw result.

So we can't know which all will be selected or put into waiting list.

can any one suggest about presidium dwarka 16B.... how is their technique to deal with kids

Don't go for presidium, they only look for admissions not quality. Teachers are asked to call parents and look for admissions. Freshers are employed to teach children. Playgroup teachers are promoted to teach senior classes. Teachers don't speak in English with children, so you can think what will be the level of English there.

Someone really close to me has taught in Dwarka Branch, so i can tell you this.
