Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2026-27

Well, Amity is a ntional brand which is showing the potential to be an international brand with its Bschool in London and New York getting known among Indians well gradually.

Blue Bells is good brand even much older than Amity but confined to Delhi or South Delhi precisely.

BB is more extra curricular focussed School where Amity is more academics focussed school again which is a slightly bigger priority for me personally.

Amity Saket in particular is the oldest institution of the Amity group as far as I know and was started as early as 1976 hence it will have more standing will always remain dear to the promoters.

Some years back Amity at most was an average brand in general in the academic business but over the years it is now counted certainly among the above average or better brands ofcourse not in the league of IIT/IIMs yet but not too far behind and is still much better than the lovely univ sharda univ type of groups.

Had it been Amity Pushp vihar I might have thought about Blue Bells as a parallel school but not Amity Saket. Last but not the least I am likely to move to Gurgaon into my own house in 1-3 years max hence if not direct transfer at least I can be given some preference in Amity Gurgaon which I am keeping as a back up.

What are your circumstances? When did you get a call from Amity. As I know they apparently finished their admissions earlier only by giving all the candidates called a window of few days only. You might have got a call from BB now after the draw for you to compare which one to choose.

Which one is better Amity Saket or St.Pauls SDA.

thanks Manish for your detailed inputs. I did nt opt for Amity due to distance, its abt 9.5 to 1 Kms from my home. Nw I have a choice b/w BB and BVN. You have given a vry gud comparison b/w BB and Amity. Can u share yr thoughts abt BB versus BVN. BVN is abt 8 kms and BB abt 4 Kms from my home.

Manish, Almost the same logic what I used for Amity and BB comparison would apply to BB and BVN comparison. Birla is a national level educational brand whereas BB is Delhi/South Delhi level educational brand. These things may not matter in the short run but in the long run if your child continues up to class 12th, it does matter and at times substantially. BVN again I am told is better in academics then BB and also thier fee is lesser than Blue Bells. If distance is not that big a criterial for you, you should go for BVN. One of the parents I know was exactly in your situation and had also asked for my advice, went for BVN. He even paid the fee at BB earlier but has chosen BVN now when he was offered/called under mgmt quota without any extra charge before the draws at BVN based apparently on the profile of the parents. Further BVN has got much better infrastructure than BB.

Meenakshi....at the end of the day itz not the school only that makes a difference...itz the child's destiny and parent's efforts...and of course school shud be a decent one....very importantly near 2 ur house....If u see past few year's selection in professional courses none of the students are frm top schools....just follow this year 2 and u will come 2 know...even if u put your child in a decent school and u work upon your child he will turn out 2 b better than any dpsonion or amity student or 4 that matter bluebellian. ......so
