I would like to thank all the moderators and parents for the valuable guidance and updates that they have provided to the parents like us. My twins got selected in 8 schools: Bluebells, Indian, Cambridge NFC, Summerfields, Ramjas RKP, Goenka SV, Manav Bharti, Amrita Vidyalayam. This forum has always guided us and has provided the right data points to choose the right school for our kids. THANKS A LOT AGAIN.

This time the admission rules are pretty skewed...at one end there are parents who had applied in more than 20 schools and no success and at the other end there are plenty of parents with not only 8-10 but more than 15 choices. Good for many...bad for few (or maybe many as the exact data not yet known).

Very True.. we had applied in 40 schools and dint get my daughter's name even in one school.. not even in waitlist of anyschool.. nothing can be worse than this....

Yesterday Parent confirmed vacancy in Manav Bharti .

Also wait for 2/3rd list .

Give application in all schools.last year many parents got call.

Actually most of the parents have blocked atleast two schools...the first one whatever they got (as all were afraid looking into last years situation) and then the better/dreamt one that they got....chances are that these huge groups of parents will block one more in SPV, NGF, Springdales, RSJ, Sans, St George, DPPS, Fr Anthony or the second list of schools like BB/TIS etc. (I am aware only of South Delhi schools) without leaving the previously blocked one as most of the parent feel blocking Rs 50 - 75 thousand is better than paying hefty donations. But finally the kid will go to only one school...so these seats will start get releasing only in March....

Same Here. Applied in 14 schools. My son's name is not even in single list, not even in any waiting. In most of the schools, he is not even eligible for DOE, being a boy.Tried visiting 4 schools today morning and meeting Principal/ Admissions authority in person, but were not allowed. What to do?
