apparently list has not moved. Called up school and the person there says everyone has paid the fees! Did you check?

I do not believe the info. School gave you. I know for myself one parent has not taken admission. In that case, how can they say all seats were filled. May be, they do not want to commit anything over phone. Scheduled 2nd list is on 20/02/15. May be we have to wait till such time.

on their website it is still showing only WL 4. Do you have any further details? Has the WL moved further.

Now I guess whenever there is any withdrawal, school will inform the next person in waiting. So we may need to wait for their letter and phone first. Once admission is done, then only they will put up the updated wait list position, I guess.
