FAPS follows ICSE curriculum, convent type, moderate fee structure, academics focused and overcrowded and Ambience very good infra ,CBSE curriculum heralds a new era of learning but expensive.

lathaa ji I have heard Ambience will have 8,section of nursary classes

My two cents - You should just go ahead and admit your child in Ambience if expense is not a problem. It's a new age school and apparently has a good infrastructure with CBSC affiliation which is a more popular and acceptable board in the Indian context with future in mind though personally I do feel both boards ICSE or CBSE need to contemplate a complete overhaul. Analytic way of thinking needs to be inculcated in our children and both the boards need to come out of their fixation with primarily the objective way of assessment in their exams that encourages cramming among children and discourages creativity.

Ambience is bound to slog too hard with a good pedigree of Shyama Chona (Ex DPS R K Puram Principal) and the likes to excel in the Delhi school education market and the future is bound to be good them. They have no option but to excel in the years to come now that they have already made a huge investment in this school. FAPS on the other hand is a fairly old and content school with fragile infrastructure and no major immediate motivation to excel and experiment. They already have a name to some extent in their part of Delhi. They will stick to their conventional way of teaching with ICSE which I am not saying is necessarily bad but when you have a choice make the most of it.
