I too have a received an SMS from DPS Mathura Road for draw of lots but there is no information on the website as yet.

Hi guys,

We also got a same SMS with no update on website. Also, it is not a SMS regarding reconsideration but from old form which was filled.

Not sure how many seats are still vacant and why?

We have not recieved any such SMS, but hoping we too get another chance if there is a draw being held.

Attention: All Selected applicants
Kindly DOWNLOAD Enrollment Form | Medical Certificate | Undertaking and submit all the forms duly filled and completed in all respect alongwith the following:

Kindly get your ward along for medical checkup.

  • A Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in favour of of the respective junior schools i.e. DPS Vasant Vihar/ DPS East of Kailash payable at New Delhi. This amount will be adjusted against the fee for the academic session 2015-2016 (approx Rs.1,05,000/-). The balance amount will be paid in equal installments, according to the fee bill, which will be issued, in due course of time. 

  • Two passport size photographs of the child and each of father and mother.

  • Original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.

  • Proof of residence (a copy of the Passport / Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Unique Identification Card / Electoral Card / Ration Card issued in the name of parents – (mother / father having the name of the child).  Originals to be produced for verification.

  • In case of Sibling, the fee bill issued by the school office for the academic session 2014-15.

  • In case of Alumni, a copy of the passing certificate of X / XII issued by CBSE.

  • In case of First Born Child, an undertaking signed by both parents, must be submitted as Certificate of Authenticity.

  • In case of applicants with Special Needs, a copy of Certificate of Disability from a Medical Officer of Govt. Hospital.

  • In case of Single Parent – A relevant legal document certifying the same, is required.

General Category

  • The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all the applicants and to maintain transparency in the admission procedure.

  • The school DOES NOT charge any fee for registration and DOES NOT market any merchandise like prospectus. All the information about school is available on the school website.
    For General Category ONLY Online Registration is accepted.
    For EWS/DG Category ONLY Manual registration form (Common Application Form) is accepted.

  • The school does not conduct any INTERVIEW / TEST for selection of candidate.

  • Please note, no capitation fee is charged nor any donation accepted for admission. Any complaint or grievance in this regard may kindly be immediately reported by email to the Principal at principal@dpsrkp.net. 

  • Every year, we have more applicants than number of seats available. Therefore, if an applicant is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his / her calibre.

  • THE NEIGHBOURHOOD AREA MAP IS BASED ON AERIAL CONCENTRIC DISTANCE.

  • One applicant can apply in any one or both the junior schools separately.

  • Eligible Age   : Minimum Age 3+ as on 31st March 2015

Sakshi, I guess the school in question is DPS Mathura Road & not DPS Vasant Vihar/EOK.

Hii surenDar now u can see the dps maturaroad website there is updat for draw of lots information .
