First born child in the family is first child.

Few Delhi school gave points for adopted child

In Ncr you need to check with as  school as most of noida schools don't follow point system

Yes most of them call parents and except few  all call children also. (but some  keep it hush hush and some do it openly )

Suppose a parent has two kids. The elder will be the 1st born child while the younger one will not be. First born is a child to whom the mother has given birth first. It means the first baby. If the parents are infertile, adopted child can also be considered as 1st born child.
