Need help and advice.

My son is 2.6 month now and going to complete 3 years in 21^st Jan 2016. He is eligible for nursery admission in Noida who is taking 3+ year child i.e. APJ, Khaitan, Cambridge and Bal Bharti.  I had a discussion with his play school teacher during PTM. She suggests me, if I want Utkarsh’s basic skills to be improved and strong, I should skip this financial year for nursery admission (2016-17). According to her Utkarsh is too small for taking a nursery class burden. Other kids who are in his class, all are matured child according to their age because they are elder than my child. Some children are already 3+, others will be almost 3.10 or 3.11 month in March end for nursery admission.

Now my biggest concern is this, Utkarsh would be 3.2 months in March 2016.  If I consider for skipping this year for nursery admission, then in next financial year he would be around 4.2 month. At that time will he be eligible for nursery admission or for LKG?  Will noida schools enroll him in Nursery admission (2017-18) according to his age?

Please guide.
