Does the selection criterion include interaction or interview with parents also? Or just based on the points system?

My son date of birth is 25th April 2011 and studying in Class LKG at DAV, Darbhanga, Bihar. As i am living in Delhi and my family is shifting to delhi in march 16, so would like to transfer in DAV Shreshta Vihar or prefer Ahlcon & Amity. he is my 1st child.

Should i apply for admission in DAV or it will be done through transfer certificate?? Shall i get any bonus point for the same in any other school??

I am working in a pvt company.
