Will children less than 3 years be considered for 2016 nursery admissions

My Daughter is born in May 2013 and she will be less than 3 years as on 31 March 2016. Will she be considered for 2016 Nursery admissions ? This is my first child and I am very confused. Need expert help here please. Thank You.

No they child has to be min 3yrs on 31 mar 2016 else not eligible in delhi for nursery.

So does that mean that my daughter will get admission in 2017 under the 3+ age category in Nursery, where as she would be almost 4 years old.

SO what would you recommend for 2016 year. Should i get my daughter in play school under pre nursery class ? She is already in a play school now and spending 3 hours daily in fun learning activities. Thank you.

 Yes let her continue ...else 6 months to 1yr of play school is enough
