neighborhood's school distance under ews

Some schools are near by me (within 0-1 km distance) but while applying online for ews they don't appear in 0-1 km distance.aur 1-3 km distance me bhi show nhi ho rhe .
(Jab ki education department dwara jaari ki gayi schools list[participating in the online admission process for ews category]me inka name h.
Then what should I do?should I apply offline for these schools .
Aur kya ye school [Jo ews online admission process me participant hain ] ews ke liye offline mode se form accept kr lenge?
Please suggest me !

Gyandeep vidya bhawan public s....
Little flowers secondery s...
Arun modern sen secondery s..
Rajdhani public school
Sunder public middle s..
And many other..
Distance of these school from my house is approx..0-3 km lekin phir bhi ye school na to 0-1 km me show ho rhe aur na hi 1-3 km ki distance me show ho rhe hain...
