     first of all, i would like to praise you for your sincere efforts for worried parents. 

I belong to OBC (non-creamy layer)

question 1: whose certificate of OBC is valid (parents or child) for claiming benefit of EWS/DG category?

question2 : In centralized EWS/DG category form under the category of  'annual family income' what should we write ' NIL' or actual salary? I am a government servant and my salary is 4.9 lakh per annum.  Should I write '4.9 lakh per annum' or 'NIL' as the salaried income is not count for non-creamy layer of OBCs.

question 3: where should I fill form:-

                (i) in every schools separately online; or

                (ii) on delhi govt. website; or

                (iii) physically/manually for every school?
