schools mention in the criteria- that it is mandatory for parents to be present during the draw of lots. But what if the dates of some schools clash on the day of lots? Will we be informed thru phone?

Even in absence of parents schools will/should include a chit on child's name. Yes may be informed through phone or site information.

Some schols have started putting up or informing lots dates. @ Moderator_ Is there any.consolidated list of all.draw of lots.dates?

I'm worried about that too... Today in Paramount, they were kind of rude and the lady even forgot to take the registration fee of 25/. We had to remind her and hand it over - so yes, what is the guarantee that everybody would be fairly included in the lot? Especially because when you take printout of form, you're not assigned any number unlike the forms you get in the counter? So confusing...
