Refund of fees from Schools

Hello,

I wanted to know the process of refunding the fees from School after Nursery Admission. Wanted to refund the fees from Father Agnel School.

Policy might be there. But no one is returning money. I hav asked school to refund money they told me they will inform me in april and that amout will be negligible as i hv paid 65k at gd goenka sec 9

Refund request must be made within one month AFTER ADMISSION by registered AD POST.
The acknowledgement reciept is a valid proof that you requested for refund

When letter with acknowledgement card go through India postal services and send by govt employee (the postman) then he receives the signature of recipient on acknowledgment card and return back to sender. Which act as a valid proof of letter received by the receiver.

Through registered ad post the school admin is obliqued to recieve he letter.

The acknowledgement card is the same proper reciept  which is mentioned in the order of DOE DATED 25-2-2015

I have send letter and also dropped it personally at school also .bt they told me that they will cut 1month fees and 1month charges from all orienation and other annual charges also.lets see what they will give back out of 65k

If you have any document which proof that you intimated school admin within one month of admissions then be relaxed and wait for fifteen days only for refund.

If school didn't refund then complaint to DOE with the copy of the same letter.

Remember the you must have a documental proof
