Refund of Fee if choose to withdraw admission after one month

I can see an order "If any parent or guardian after depositing the full fee for admission
of a child, chooses to withdraw the child from the school within one
month from the date of  admission"

Is there any circular/ order for if any parent withdraw the admission after one month of depositing the full fee and the session not started or can say, child not attended school for any single day?

Means no fee refund if cancellation done after one month.
