Shivangi - there are many good CBSE schools in Gurgaon. Some of them give admission to the children aged 3+ and some at 4+. All DPS only children aged 4+, all Amity (including anion) do 3+, GD Goenka, Blue Bells do at 3+. So, you will have to check withn each school individually.

From the ones you have listed - I've heard good feedback on DPS and Suncity. Not heard much about Lotus Valley or St. Xavier. Good reviews have been there for Amity Sec 43, Amiown SL/Amity Sec 46, Shriram, DAV, Heritage & Blue Bells.
