DPS Indirapuram

Why is DPS Indirapuram charging 2200/= for the admission forms when other schools are in the range of Rs. 300-500/= ?

Last year they had charged 3300

But why ? What is so special ? Is it because of the craze ? This looks like crass commercialism to me - which is making me doubt the quality of the school.

My daughter is already going to Amity Vas 6. She had got through both DPS and Amity. We chose Amity as we didn't get very good vibes in DPS. They look like a commercial institution. On the day of our first interaction, we were showed a PPT which was all about their principal, her accomplishments, their achievements. Then the principal went on to talk about the DPS schools that are not part of the original DPS society, and all.

We have applied at Amity Vasundhara 6 - praying hard. I have decided not to apply to DPS Indirapuram, since I am not getting a very good impression about this school. It has also faced some controversies in the past.

I'm liking Amity Vas 6. :)

They are taking very good care of my daughter, who is very bright, but mildly autistic. They have a special educator who takes a one-hour session with her every day at no extra cost. Sometimes it feels as if she is more concerned about her than us. She always wants us to give her daily updates and feedback. :) :)
